The repair can be sent in two ways:

  • with our SiPoint partner courier;
  • with a courier of your choice.

In the first case, it will be necessary to to select the date of collection and follow the instructions for a correct packing of the instrumentation, indicated in the confirmation e-mail or at this link.
In both cases, once the instrumentation has been repaired, it will be sent back exclusively via SiPoint partner courier.

Shipping cost depends on the location, the number of routes and the instrumentations sent.
Each additional instrumentation beyond the first will have its shipping cost halved.

Example:
Instrumentation no.1: shipping cost €10 + VAT (per route)
Instrumentation no.2: shipping cost €5 + VAT (per route)
Instrumentation no.3: shipping cost €5 + VAT (per route)


Shipping cost for 3 instrumentations = €20 + VAT (per route)

*It is not possible to choose which courier to use for the shipment under any circumstances. For abroad shipments (both EU and Extra-EU) only DHL is used.

 

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

You will receive an automatic email from SiPoint. This will state the courier in charge of
your shipment and the shipping number.
You can trace the shipment directly from the courier’s website using the shipping number provided.
