HOW SIPOINT WORKS
SiPoint is a repair service that repairs instrument clusters, infotainment systems, car stereos, sat-nav and on-board instruments dedicated to professionals.
1. SEARCH THE REPAIR
Search the repair among those available or request one.
2. PLACE THE ORDER
Create an account and order your repair!
3. PREPARE THE PACKAGE
You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with the “Guide for packaging”, for shipping the instrumentation correctly.
4. COLLECTION AND DISPATCH
The instrumentation will be collected by our partner courier or by one of your choice, based on the selection made when placing the order.
5. REPAIR
Once the shipment is received, SiPoint will repair the device. You can always check the order status in “My order” section.
6. RETURN
Once repaired, the instrumentation will be delivered back by our partner courier to the address entered when placing the order.
